We do not store any personal information or other issue information for users using the abacolla plugin for Jira. Data is temporarily in memory on our systems during an analytics session. The memory wil be cleared from memory a few minutes after user inactivity when the session expires.
We can offer a possibility to securely store issue data to speed up the data anaylysis by secure caching of issue data, but this will be done by request and requires a separate agreement. Please contact us at info@abacolla.com
Data will be encrypted during transfer trough internet by https encrypted communication.
