Abacolla is the service designed and used by SuperAktiv AS to deliver business intelligence analytics for Jira as a plug-in service. When starting an analytics session issue data is transferred from your On Demand Jira instance to Abacolla. The data used in the analytics session will only temporarily be stored in Abacolla. Only Superaktiv AS has administrative access to these servers.
We will never give access to your data to other parties, except generic usage statistics where we use google analytics. Data is transferred secure from your Jira instance to our server and the communication is secured between your browser and our server using https. If you have highly sensitive data in your system, please contact us before using our plugin.
Our servers are hosted in a secure Azure environment by Microsoft. For more information follow this link
We do not backup your data. Your data is only temporarily stored in our systems during your session.
