Abacolla plugin for JIRA can be installed from the atlassian market. The plugin will provide advanced business intelligence with drill down capabilities and reporting to your cloud instance of JIRA. If you are running JIRA on your own server you will have to contact support to get an offer for a non-cloud installation.
